Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you adjust children?

Absolutely.  We think that if you have a nervous system it needs to be checked, analyzed and adjusted accordingly.  Newborns just went through a very traumatic event, adjusting them right away sets them up for a better functioning nervous system.  Very light pressure, the same as checking a tomato for ripeness is used on newborns.   As children are growing up, they are constantly falling down, tripping and playing rough.  Monitoring their nervous system is very important.  An assessment is ALWAYS done first.  If all is functioning well, an adjustment is not needed.  Monthly assessments are best for children ages newborn to and through adulthood.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in network with multiple insurance companies.  If we are not in network with your insurance, we will be more than happy to still bill to your out of network benefits.  We offer complimentary chiropractic benefit checks whenever you need them.

Do you accept medicare?

We are not a provider for medicare.  We do have the paperwork at our office that allows you to submit your own claim to medicare and be reimbursed directly from medicare if it is approved.  We do not have a problem getting you the super-bill and your chart notes to submit.

Do you take X-Rays?

Yes.  Here at Adjusted Chiropractic, we practice the Gonstead Method.  We analyze your xrays each visit.  We only offer specific adjustments here.  The only way to know where to make that specific adjustment is by using xrays along side the other ways we analyze your nervous system.

Will you see me on the weekend?

Yes!  We do not mind seeing a patient on the weekend.  We just have to pre-book it before that day.  If it is an emergency, please still call us on a Saturday or Sunday and we will do our best to come in ASAP for you.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes, we accept both.  We also accept American Express.
